NEW ‘High Voltage’ Set Photos featuring Ron Jeremy and Jenna Haze

While it is hard to imagine anything cooler than that freaky Jason Statham mask, some new set photos have arrived for Crank: High Voltage. Here we see Statham manhandling some porn stars on strike.
If you look close, you can even spot Ron Jeremy and Jenna Haze. To avoid what I can only call the perfect storm of venereal disease, Statham plays it safe by going after Bai Ling.

RT: Statham Lets Slip David Carradine Cameo in Crank 2

It’s not just Death Race that boasts a cameo from legend David Carradine. According to star Jason Statham, speaking to RT this week ahead of the UK release of Death Race, the action superstar let slip that Carradine would appear in Crank 2: High Voltage as well.
“We’ve got David Carradine in the film,” Statham told RT, “and he plays a character called ‘Puon Dong,’ who’s this really mad Asian Mafia guy.”
Carradine’s star has been on the ascendant once again since his appearance as the titular assassination victim in Quentin Tarantino’s double dose of revenge, Kill Bill. But from the sounds of things, this role pays homage to his classic role in TV show Kung Fu, in which he played Shaolin priest Kwai Chang Caine.

Amy Smart Spills on ‘Crank 2′ Sex Scene, Crazy Plot, and Crank 3?

Amy Smart just gave away everything about “Crank 2″! “It takes place three months after [Jason Statham's character] falls out of the helicopter. He lives. Uh oh. I gave it away!” she laughed on a press stop at Comic-Con promoting her new horror flick, “Mirrors”.
Alright, so we all knew Jason and Amy were coming back even if the first “Crank” ended with a seemingly impossible to follow finale. But who cares about Jason’s character when you’re talking to the lovely Ms. Smart? Apparently the months since the first one took place have seen her character undergo some lifestyle changes.
“My character has had sexual freedom since the Chinatown scene,” she said referring to the infamous public sex scene she shared with the “Transporter” star. So what’s her character’s new hobby? “She has gotten into the world of pole dancing. You find her a couple weeks into learning how to do that,” Smart said.
So yes, the action is crazier this time around but it sounds like everything in the film is, and that includes the sex. “Do you think they’re not going to have another crazy [sex] scene in ‘Crank 2′?” she asked rhetorically. “The venue is a horserace track. The took every idea from “Crank” and made it ten times crazier. It was so much fun.”
And what about cranking out another “Crank” soon? When the question came up Smart flashed a big grin that spoke volumes. “It’s been talked about,” she revealed.

Crank 2 revs its special effects engine

The LA Times posted some rather odd set photos from Crank: High Voltage that seem to depict a surreal sequence in which an exaggerated version of Chev Chelios, played by Jason Statham, and some other dude go at it amidst a gloomy landscape of tiny power lines - giving the characters a giant quality. And you have to admit, Statham’s mask would make the bitchin’-est Halloween get-up.

Geri Halliwell ‘Spicing Up’ Crank: High Voltage

take40.com got some hot new details on casting for Crank: High Voltage in an interview with British megastar Jason Statham.
“Geri Halliwell, who is in the Spice Girls, will appear in Crank 2,” he said.
Geri Halliwell, aka Ginger Spice of the Spice Girls, is set to appear in a minor role in Statham’s upcoming film ‘Crank: High Voltage’, the sequel to the 2006 action flick ‘Crank’. Further details are unknown at this time, but we are sure it will be opportunity for the 35 year old to scream sexy.

Her dress/tank top was so short that her butt was shown during the wrestling scene. Corey and the girl from Mirrors seem to have similiar reactions.
