Ingredients

  • 4 cups apple cider raw, unpasteurized
  • 1/4 cup fermented ginger orange carrots
  • 1 medium orange, juiced
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the apple juice, carrots, and orange juice, and
    blend until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer, if desired. Fill
    2 glasses with ice, and pour the mixture over. Serve immediately.
