I’m excited to share this recipe as a part of a series I’ll be posting over the next few days in preparation for #HellenOfAWedding… In celebration of our friends Chelsea & Jackie’s wedding, I’ll be putting together an appetizer table for their big day! All the appetizers will be gluten-free and made with real food.

Fresh ground pork with ginger, garlic and toasted sesame oil give the meatballs so much flavor, while the egg and coconut flour give them a soft and light texture, without using gluten or grain flours. Simmered in a thick and delicious asian inspired sauce, with a final garnish of sesame seeds and thinly sliced green onion.
