Miss Paleo Mixes was kind enough to send me over one of their cookie mixes for me to try out – what an awesome surprise! I admit to being skeptical that an honest-to-goodness delicious cookie could come from a mix, but I was totally wrong! They turned out GREAT! Best of all they are HEALTHY!

…Made with almond meal and coconut palm sugar, not only are our cookie mixes delicious they are also a great healthier alternative to most desserts. Enjoy plain or take these delicious cookies to the next indulgent level add extras: dark chocolate chips, nuts,dried fruit, dried cranberries, etc.

Ingredients

  • 1 Miss Paleo Mixes Cookie Mix
  • 1 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil (unrefined)
  • 1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Black Walnuts coarsely chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Combine all ingredients together & mix well
  • Scoop onto a parchment lined cookie sheet
  • Bake 9-11 minutes at 350
  • Remove from oven and transfer to a cooking rack
  • Enjoy!
