I love wild Ramps! They are a wild leek that grows in the spring locally. Here’s a great quick recipe to make a Ramp Spread 🙂

Here’s what you need:

  • 12 Ramps, bulbs and green leaves, finely chopped
  • 4oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 3T Butter, room temperature
  • Sea Salt & Pepper, to taste

With an electric mixer, whip cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Add in chopped ramps and season with salt and pepper.  Chill for at least 30 minutes for flavors to combine, sever on toasted bread, crackers or with veggie sticks. Yield approximately 1 cup. Enjoy!
