I love this Keto Roasted Red Pepper Ranch Dressing on a loaded dinner size steak salad, with sautéed onions and peppers, hard boiled eggs and cherry tomatoes. Next time I make one, I’ll pretty it up and take a photo for you! It’s also a great on a veggie and dip tray instead of plain ranch.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream (organic, cultured)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Roasted Red Peppers (jarred or homemade)
  • 2 teaspoons Homemade Ranch Dressing & Dip Mix
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (with mother)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, blend until smooth.
  • Will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week. Enjoy!
